Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders ship from Colorado within 3 business days of purchase. At the moment, we're shipping within the United States only, but if you're interested in ordering from abroad, please email hello@salveofficial.com. We will do what we can to help.

All orders are sent with tracking confirmation delivered to your email at the time of shipment.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@salveofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To initiate a return, email hello@salveofficial.com with your order number. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
